5. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure varies depending on the service engaged:

• Training Programmes: Programme fees are published on our training page or provided upon enquiry.
• Consultancy Services: Consultancy fees are agreed upon engagement and outlined in the consultancy agreement.

All payments should be made to designated company accounts as specified in your agreement. We are not responsible for funds paid to third parties not authorised by us.

6. Due Diligence and Verification

We take property verification seriously. However, we strongly recommend that all buyers:

• Engage a qualified lawyer to conduct an independent title search
• Verify all documentation with the relevant government agencies
• Physically inspect properties before making any payment
• Confirm the seller's identity and authority to sell

7. Training Programme Terms

For participants in our Professional Sales Training Programme:

• Full payment is required before programme commencement unless a payment plan is agreed
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the programme start date for a full refund
• Transfers to a future cohort are allowed once, with at least 48 hours notice
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all programme requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:

• We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions conducted without our involvement
• We are not liable for losses arising from third-party actions or misrepresentations
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engaged
• We are not responsible for market fluctuations, property value changes, or investment outcomes
